You retain complete intellectual property ownership over all workspace structures, files, branding, links, and documents you add to Awolan.
Simple monthly or annual subscription plans with no hidden surcharges. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from billing settings.
No vendor lock-in. You can export your workspace taxonomy and bookmark structures at any point before terminating your subscription.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, company, agency, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
To use most features of Awolan, you must register for an account. You agree to:
Awolan offers subscription plans with varying workspace limits, team seats, and premium features:
Your Content: You and your organization retain all rights, title, and interest (including all intellectual property rights) in and to all content, files, links, brand guidelines, and documents that you upload, organize, or link inside your Awolan workspaces ("Customer Content").
Limited License to Awolan: You grant Awolan a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license solely to host, index, display, and securely transmit your Customer Content for the sole purpose of providing and operating the Services for you and your designated workspace members.
Awolan IP: The Awolan platform interface, visual design, source code, logos, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive property of Awolan and its licensors.
You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party or workspace member to:
Awolan is designed to navigate and connect with external cloud services (such as Google Drive, Figma, Notion, and Dropbox).
Your use of any third-party services linked through Awolan is governed strictly by the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. Awolan does not control and is not liable for the uptime, data policies, or availability of external third-party platforms.
"AS IS" BASIS: The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Awolan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
You may stop using our Services at any time by closing your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or if necessary to protect the security of our network and other users. Where feasible, we will provide advance notice before taking such action.
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect updates to our Services, law, or business operations. If we make material modifications, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice prior to the effective date.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our Services shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiations between the parties before seeking formal legal remedies.
